At IEAC, we celebrate East Bridge University (EBU) for leading with purpose, where 58% of senior leadership roles are held by women.

From mentoring first-generation learners to leading globally recognised online degree programs, EBU’s women leaders are inspiring new generations of learners and educators worldwide. This is what gender equality in higher education truly looks like—diverse, dynamic, and transformative.

At the International Education Accreditation Council (IEAC), we believe that leadership diversity is one of the most powerful indicators of institutional excellence.
