Transparency and Openness – IEAC
Transparency and openness are key values that IEAC have prioritised to build trust with stakeholders, foster accountability, and promote ethical practices. By establishing a clear transparency and openness policy, IEAC can demonstrate our commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.
Our transparency and openness policy outlines the following key principles:
Disclosure of Information: We will be transparent in our communication with stakeholders by providing accurate and timely information about our operations, performance, and decision-making processes. We will disclose relevant information in a clear and accessible manner. The fee structure for the process will be clearly articulated to the client and IEAC will ensure that no hidden extras will be applied. The process of accreditation will be articulated clearly and the timeframe for accreditation will be set. - Stakeholder Engagement: We value the input and feedback of our stakeholders, including employees,institutions, partners, and the community. We will actively engage with stakeholders to listen to their perspectives, address their concerns, and incorporate their feedback into our decision-making processes.
- Ethical Conduct: We are committed to upholding high ethical standards in all our interactions and transactions. We will conduct our business with honesty, fairness, and integrity, and we will not engage in any form of corruption, fraud, or unethical behaviour.
- Compliance and Accountability: We will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, and we will hold ourselves accountable for our actions. We will establish mechanisms for reporting violations of our transparency and openness policy and will take appropriate action to address any issues that arise.
- Continuous Improvement: We will continuously review and evaluate our transparency and openness policy to ensure that it remains relevant and effective. We will seek opportunities to enhance our transparency practices and will strive for continuous improvement in our communication and accountability efforts.
