Executive Position – Chairman of IEAC Council

Location: United Kingdom / Remote (with international travel as required)

About the Role

IEAC seeks a visionary leader to serve as Chairman of the IEAC Council. The Chairman will guide the strategic direction of the organization, oversee governance, and represent IEAC on the global stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the IEAC Council and ensure strong governance practices.
  • Shape long-term strategy for IEAC’s global growth and reputation.
  • Act as the official representative of IEAC at international conferences, summits, and government engagements.
  • Oversee ethical, transparent decision-making aligned with IEAC values.
  • Support fundraising, partnerships, and international collaborations.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of senior leadership experience in education, accreditation, or quality assurance.
  • Strong international network in higher education, schools, and policy bodies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to transparency, ethics, and quality.
  • Excellent communication and diplomatic skills.

Accreditation Inspector

Location: Global (contract-based, with travel or online inspections)

Type: Freelance / Part-Time

About the Role

IEAC Inspectors play a vital role in ensuring quality and credibility across accredited institutions. Reporting to the Director of Inspector Training, inspectors conduct evaluations, prepare reports, and provide constructive feedback to institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct institutional and programmatic inspections (onsite or online).
  • Review documentation, meet with staff/students, and evaluate against IEAC standards.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure fair, transparent, and supportive assessments.

Requirements

  • Strong academic/teaching background (schools, higher education, or vocational training).
  • Experience in quality assurance, accreditation, or education leadership.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally or conduct virtual inspections.
  • Commitment to IEAC’s principles of fairness, inclusivity, and safeguarding.

Website & IT Manager

Location: Remote (with availability during UK business hours)

Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Website & IT Manager to manage IEAC’s digital platforms, accreditation portals, and online systems. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations, secure data handling, and continuous improvement of IEAC’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update IEAC’s official website and accreditation portals.
  • Ensure data security, GDPR compliance, and safeguarding protocols.
  • Support development of digital tools for inspections, applications, and reporting.
  • Work with the marketing team to optimize SEO and user experience.
  • Provide IT support to staff, inspectors, and member institutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in website management, IT systems, and data security.
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms and online education systems (preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
